The Why Behind Thrive Coaching

At my heaviest, I was 22 stone, overweight, and extremely unhealthy. So I understand what it’s like to feel insecure about myself and lack self-confidence. Back when I was overweight, I knew how to eat healthy and exercise, or so I thought, but nothing I tried worked, which ultimately led to me wasting a lot of time and energy trying to get in shape.

I have spent many years studying and developing my knowledge and understanding of how to get results while also doing it in a healthy, sustainable manner. This is why we place a lot of emphasis on educating our clients during their journey in order to prevent them from ever having to struggle again with their own body image or self-confidence in the future.

We do not work with body builders, athletes, or people who want to do photoshoots. By the way, if you fall into that category that’s admirable in itself, however we help people who have regular jobs, family commitments, people who have limited time to focus on exercise, we ultimately figure out a way to make their health a priority without neglecting the other areas of their life that is equally if not more important to them.

Our coaching is completely online for all of our clients. This allows us to work with anyone anywhere in the world and provide them with the best support and accountability they need in order for them to achieve their dream result.
It completely depends on what exactly you need and how long it’s going to take to get there, which is why we need to have a conversation first to figure this out. Your strategy call is completely free, so if you decide that the program is not right for you or I don’t think I can help you, you won’t pay a penny.
We work with people of all age groups and gender, however we don’t work with bodybuilders, athletes or diet you down simply to get a before & after picture. There is a meticulous process that goes into coaching and developing your confidence from day 1, so we don’t cut corners at Thrive coaching.
Don’t worry about it. We can design a road map for you to work around any injuries you may have before joining the program, ensuring that you can still achieve your goals!
We will provide tutorial videos and written coaching points for all exercises on your programme and also give you feedback on your training to keep you right.
